90 days and still waiting

I filed for benefits in July, 2024 with an effective date of 7/30 (after the 14 day wait) and today is October 18th and my claim is still pending. They either don't want to or can't understand that, yes, up to 7/16 I was working, but a major flare up of Fibromyalgia changed my ability to work. My Dr documented I am able to stand 1 hr daily, walk 1 hr and sit for 4 during an hr desk job. My employer is a Medical Clinic and deemed me disabled as has my physicians and the State as I have handicap plates. But they still say more info is needed. At 60% of my pay, they now owe me over $5000 in benefits.
