Dell will be speaking at the 42nd Annual American Bar Association TIPS Midwinter Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits held on Friday, January 15th, 2016. The annual conference is designed to be a network for new ideas, where committed professionals will reach a new level of insight.

Mr. Dell will co-present a panel called "Individual Disability Insurance: Inside, Outside, Upside Down" with in-house insurance counsel and outside counsel perspective. Together, they will offer their viewpoint on the issues and strategies employed in prosecuting and defending individual disability insurance litigation matters such as: total vs. residual disability, concurrent causation issues and handling claims during litigation.

Mr. Dell is a co-chair on the American Bar Association Health and Disability Insurance Law Committee. The 2016 Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits will be the latest speaking engagement for Attorney Dell, who has shared his insurance law knowledge and experience with numerous audiences, including other law and insurance firms.

The conference will be held January 14 through January 16 at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa in Clearwater, Florida. Sponsored by the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, the three day event will feature more than 10 different presentations and workshops conducted by some of the insurance community’s most distinguished and engaged professionals. In a statement, the ABA said, "This appointment is recognition of your commitment to TIPS and your reputation among our 25,000 TIPS members."

The goal of the Plaintiffs Involvement Task Force is to encourage the participation of plaintiff practitioners to assist the General Committees in recruiting plaintiff lawyers to serve and participate in Section CLE programs. This task force allows plaintiff's lawyers to network and exchange information concerning the plaintiff's practice. The task force engages in research and keeps up with changes in emerging issues, considers and debates national policy issues in order to influence ABA policy.

The Sun Sentinel Top Workplaces award recognizes outstanding individuals who work hard to contribute to their company's growth and improve our community.

Attorney Gregory Dell has been invited by the American Conference Institute to lecture at the 15th Annual Conference on Litigating Disability Insurance Claims. Mr. Dell will be discussing the issues surrounding video surveillance of disability claimants from a Plaintiff's perspective. This conference is attended by Judges, the largest insurance companies, insurance company employees, plaintiff attorneys and defense attorneys. The Health and Disability Insurance Law Committee of the American Bar Association has once again appointed Attorney Gregory Dell to be a Vice Chairperson.

The committee concentrates on matters relating to health, disability, long-term care, accident, medical and hospital expense insurance contracts. Examines the laws and the regulation of laws governing the health and disability areas, including state insurance laws; ERISA; ADA and COBRA; and the interplay between state and federal law.
