New York Life is quick to send me letters expounding on my obligations but they make no mention of what THEIR obligations are under the policy.

New York Life has paid me 5 months of Long-Term Disability. My SS Disability has been approved effective 1/1/12. This month’s check was only about 30% of what I was getting. The New York Life Rep. will neither return my calls or respond to my letters. I’m asking for a copy of my policy and “explanation of benefits” for the money I have and will receive.
