Don't count on New York Life!!! You will be very disappointed!!!

I had complications to a previous hip surgery. I was given some time off to get the issues figured out. During this time I had complications with my prostate gland. I ended up with a Decatur for weeks waiting for surgery. Work was out of the question. The day I had surgery they removed a lot of tissue. There was lots of clotting and bladder spasmes with bleeding. Doctors just about brought me back to surgery to control the bleeding. I ended up staying three days in the hospital with the flushing of the bladder. I was released with a cathidar witch stayed in for anouther week due to bleeding. Claims were sent into New York Life. We have sent the same medical records to New York Life so many time I have lost count. NY Life has replied did not receive faxes. Blank pages, still waiting on additional information to continue the review. It's been two months and my case is still under review. The last thing a person needs is stress added to your current situation. I go back to work soon with not one check from NY Life. This company is horrible to deal with!!!!!
