Short Term Disability Claim/Inconsistent to NO Communication

When I did call & reach a live person they were kind & helpful. The person assigned to my claim left one phone message & I have not spoken to her since. Information she requested was submitted by my doctor & employer. My account states under review when this is a clear cut claim. I had a Total Hip Replacement mid June 2024 & my last worked shift was 2 days before my surgery; it has been 4 weeks now & no communication or definitive answers regarding my claim. Reliance is not very reliable.
