Lincoln Financial Group has handled my LTD case fairly and with professionalism. I wish to thank Mr. Steven Dell for his expert assistance in planning for my long-term disability due to Parkinson’s disease. He worked hard to ensure that my employer’s group LTD plan added an option for employees to choose to receive benefits free of income tax. He also worked hard to ensure that my coverage was not interrupted when my employer changed LTD insurance companies, from Standard to Lincoln.
