I went on disability in July, we are now in September. I have been through 2 case managers. They never call you back, they are constantly asking for documents and when I spoke with them today per their own guidelines regarding the surgery I had it only takes 1 week to recover from that procedure not 2 weeks. Who are they to tell me how long it takes to recover from a procedure. I provided a doctor's note for the time that I would be out, I went on disability in July we are now in September and now they want to tell me they won't be paying me and cancelling my claim. This is a disgusting company that does not want to pay people. It takes 3 weeks for them to review one document, the case managers are full of bull crap, he gave me 3 different excuses over the phone today. Bunch of liars.
