They will try to lowball you hoping by the time they decide to pay you ,you will be dead broke and desperate enough to take any crumbs that they throw your way

The claims "specialist" named Mike pretends he trying to help you but all he is really doing is trying to lowball you and acting like he's doing you a favor. We have been dealing with this company since August and my husband had a heart attack that put him in cardiac arrest and it's a 100 percent payout for that. But he decided that he's going to give us a 25 percent of payout for the triple bypass surgery that he needed from a 90 blockage that caused the heart attack but he's pretending that he didn't have a heart attack.

Apparently he is smarter than every heart surgeon, heart Dr that I've spoken with in the last almost 2 months. We also have hospitalization insurance with them and they have yet to pay that out even though they've had all info since August 26th, they are in violation with Wisconsin state laws by not having these claims paid and now they will owe interest. If I need to hire an attorney to handle this, they will be paying a hell of a lot more.
