Extension

Originally they approved my disability but even though my drs note and follow up info said if be out til at least the 24th of November this adjuster stopped my payments on the 11th. Have spent over 5 hours trying to get hold of this woman to straighten out. She stopped my payments on the 11th only thing I should of had to do is ask for a one week extension til the 1st of December. It makes no sense. Don't waste your money on this company, it's rediculous how much crap you have to go through to get hold of an adjuster not just a call center. The call center has done what they can its the adjuster that the problem.
