Your decision making process is absurd!

My wife went through a nightmare with a back surgery for two discs. When the first surgery took place, the Dr. cracked a different vertebrae as they placed the metal rods in. She did not recover from that as she got an infection in the surgery area within a month. She went back in to the hospital for a second surgery where they had to clean out the infection. After the first of January she attempted to go back to work and could not. She even was at the point that she could not get out of the chair. She could not move at all. I had to give her some medication just to get her out of the chair. She called the Dr. and he stated for her to get back to the hospital. She went in and they found another disc had gotten infected that was not above the ones that were worked on previously. That is three back surgeries within three months.

My wife was terminated because she wore out her short term disability and was placed on full time disability by MetLife. They also eventually got her onto SSDI. The insurance that she had to get at the time was CRAPPY insurance through the scam of the insurance game that is played in Washington and the scam they run with it. Thew insurance was too costly and the co-pays quite frankly SUCKED and we could not get her to a Dr. because of the high cost of co-pays but also the fact that the Covid thing was exploding and the fear factor has now run through the entire world. Our primary also died from covid in Sept. following his oldest daughter and father-in-law within a month period roughly.

His son has taken over the practice since. It is not easy for us to get appointments but my wife is actually scheduled for today to see him about this insurance nightmare that you are accusing my wife of being able to go back to work with no (NONE) medical background and you are playing Dr. without a license which in reality is playing with medical malpractice as you dropped her by a text notice on Friday prior to Memorial Weekend. This is absurd in how you think that she can go back to work in her condition that she is still dealing with in her back for one and her legs for another. This is not to mention the fact that she has no energy at all at times. She wakes up, has coffee, and has to go back to bed as she cannot function at all and sleeps for hours on end and even has slept for days at a time.

I have major concerns for her health right now and worry about her falling down. I would not be able to do anything myself to help her having the issues I have going on. I just sued a drug manufacturer for damn near killing me with their practice of marketing their drugs. This is not a game, it is a person’s life you are playing with and the only thing that matters to insurance people is all about the money. PERIOD! You all have no heart in the insurance scamming business that you are involved in and way too powerful in the way you treat people! This is absurd in your decision making process that I would call medical malpractice.
