As Partner and Managing Attorney, Gregory Dell has led the legal team of Dell Disability Lawyers in recovering over $2 billion in disability benefits for clients nationwide. After earning his J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County — trying over 50 jury trials — Greg has spent his entire civil career litigating disability cases in federal courts across the country against every major disability insurance carrier. In 2006, he was selected by Thomson Reuters to co-author Florida Insurance Law and Practice (West's Florida Practice Series, Vol. 17), authoring the chapter on disability insurance law, published annually and used by attorneys and judges nationwide. Greg is licensed in Florida, the District of Columbia, Massachusetts, Texas, and New York, and is admitted to multiple federal courts including the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
