Unum denied my claim over nonsense. They lack respect

Hi. I recently had hysterectomy w right ovary taken out as well my surgery was 6/11 and after 6week visit I still had weak abdomen could not sit straight for long time or stand due to my severe lower lumbar back issues doctor wrote me off til 8/18 also to work on hormonal issues and anxiety feeling not right emotionally. Unum denied my claim over nonsense anything good doc said they put and none of what my issues are why doc wanted me out longer than 6 weeks. I then filed appeal doc made notes more clear. I sent them all doc stuff from back problem anxiety problems too and they did same bs denying me 3 weeks and a day of pay which is causing financial ruin, not a penny when I work hard, I am head of household. This isn’t right also during the time prior to surgery they messed up on start date of leave, they called me while I was waiting w family to roll into surgery harassing when I submitted info in May and also didn’t pay me diffract of 3 days till weeks later. I had been hung up on from Dennis in short term sept when my specialist was out. I would request a call and not get one back, I would have to call, they NEVER would call doc and nurse to gather info or answer there questions or advise what they need, they harassed me and this 2 month horrible experience has not helped w my healing and making me bankrupt. Please help me, I need advice guidance and great law firm, strong attorney to get what’s owed to me during a hard traumatic experience w surgery and abuse from Unum and lack of respect and care thanks.
