Unum's surveillance was wrong, but I got denied. What can I do?

Hi. I went out on std in 2009 at my job and then I was approved for Ltd. I have a degenerate disc disease in my c-3&c-4 .. Unum sent me a letter stating they seen me do sum yard work and stop my payments immediately. I was actually riding with a friend how do property management and I was just a ride along to keep him company for that da y…I appealed my case and lost .. I haven’t been able to work or go back to my job cause I am a risk. Is there anything I can do??

Charles, please contact our office. You will need to file an Administrative Appeal of the denial of benefits. Unum only provides one level of appeal so it is imperative that you file as complete an appeal as possible.
