This company is purposely denying claims

I have been out on STD with the Hartford since November 2015. After submitting my newest claim almost two months ago my claim was denied. The Hartford has done a great job when calling their customer service number that they are “reviewing my file”. I received a verbal denial and then after pressing them and speaking to superiors an email denial. I took the information back to my doctor. The doctor sent more medical notes and then I went to see another doctor. Since The Hartford stated the 1st doctor didn’t send me to a specialist. I have been without pay now and looking at this thread it looks like it will be longer. I’m calling them daily to no avail. This company is purposely denying claims. I sent an appeal letter requesting all of my files. I’m not sure what else to do here.
