Hartford basically told us that we were out of luck
My husband has been on STD since June. As of Nov 14 hartford closed his case and stated that he had a return to work date of 11/14/15 in which he did not.They continue to process the LTD, but told us we are not in titled to the 2 weeks of lost STD due to them closing it. We called and called prior to Nov14 asking what was going on with the STD… As of today 12 /7/15 they closed the case this day… So Hartford basically told us we were out of luck with the back STD and they will contacts us on the decision for LTD.
