Hartford ajuster won't return my calls. I might have to move back to California

I was awarded medical for life, for my back injuries at work by the court of Los Angeles in California years ago. I moved to Colorado two years ago and for the past few months I’ve been trying to have the Heartford insurance adjuster authorize medical treatment for my injury. The adjuster never returns my calls, and according to an outside company contracted by the Heartford recently, that goes by the name of Genex I was notified in writing that doctors here in Colorado will not take my case. I would have to move back to California.
