Why would Hartford's clinical manager call me?

I have LTD with the Hartford, they have pulled every trick in the book but I pulled my own tricks as well when I was shoved and harassed by them so so far I still have it and play there games back like they play with me! Today I received a call and was on my voice mail that a clinical type manager was wanting me to call her back but she was out of the office this week, so weird then how am I suppose to call you rt well she asked I call her next week. My question: who is this type person and now what are they up to seems like my case is shuffled around to a bunch of people that just call you out of the blue so again what does this person do within this agency and what does she want and what should I do or how do I handle her?
