I was disabled 2003 by SS. I got SSDI 7 years too late.

I believe if Sedgwick would have moved on my Claim. They absolutely did everything not to answer my calls, change dates. I had already been through WV comp. Ins. Sold out, so I went to Brick Street, Cambridge, Sedgwick. By the time I went to SSI was in so much pain because of the injuries and nerve damage set in. I was sick and then having my lawyer shut down her practice due to her addiction whatever. The point is they never closed my case only bad thing is this goes back to 03 that's when I filed. I ran Dozers and a hugh rock was planted and I hit that thing it drove me straight to hell. My arms, hands, neck the pain was inhumain...I fought them tooth and nail they put my neck on a claim and then take it off 4 surgeries later still horrible pain went to another Dr. Weiswig bless his heart he was so mad he cussed the nurses or Dr.s in his reports so did Dr. Young cussing them on file. It was obvious to them it was a neck injury that I'm still suffering from because of this and paperwork paperwork. Switching ins. Companies just 4 or 5 times That was why I went to SSI because I finally got the surgery it helped but was to late I have nerve damage. Because of them I had all the nerves in my neck burned because not pain bills. They took my life and shit on it. I worked so hard 3 kids single mother who got that seat. I worked like a dog. I have a son Sargent Johnson retired tours airforce. A son that went to CA in Volkswagen vanagon for 10 yrs. Became a surfer/ NOW Wonderful father of 4. A daughter grad. From Mashall, who just came in first for most sales in her store. They ruined my life, my heart my health my pride, I'm 62 now. This isn't right I pray u can shed some light, it's too dark. I went to a psychiatrist the whole time I was off work. I had a life how can I tell my adult children this is how it all ends they had no right not to help me. Ps. Tell me how is it that my ins. Sedgwick workes for the company and is my ins. Supposedly helping me..NOT,!! Plus Steptoe and Johnson said and told me they were my ins. Company too, liars. He was calling me all the time checking on me. I cried and cried to him I was in so much pain, asking him what do I do next. Because I was in bed in pain and a lot of days I'm still there living in poverty all due to Sedgwick. I have 1 income 900.00 that's it. With 8 grandchildren who I adore, I can't even afford to take them places, where's the justice? I was told all my life if u get hurt on the job workers comp will fix u. All they did was act like I was asking for a handout a freebie No Way that's not who I am. I am a single mother that worked her way to set in that dozer seat. No one knows how much I loved my job the union the company that's why I never cared to work over or go out on the edge for any of them.
