Deadlines for you while theirs are ignored

They're absolutely terrible! Here you are on disability and they delay the whole process. Hold you accountable for your company's deadlines, meanwhile they will take well past the date it clearly states a decision is due. Where is the accountability? I'm told, oh it's if it's backed up and that's just an "estimate" no where in the paperwork of electronic communication does it state "estimate." In fact it specifically says a decision is "due." Other communication states they will review your documents, and update you with the next steps. Not one piece of communication from them after that. Calls in are not returned as your case manager can't be reached for you to get transfered to, messages go unreturned. Here your employee is on disability for medical reasons and you're delaying their benefits.
