Prudential Pays Disability Benefits For 12 Years, Then Denies Based On Neuro-Psych Report


As Partner and Managing Attorney, Gregory Dell has led the legal team of Dell Disability Lawyers in recovering over $2 billion in disability benefits for clients nationwide. After earning his J.D. from Benjamin Cardozo School of Law and serving as an Assistant State Attorney in Broward County — trying over 50 jury trials — Greg has spent his entire civil career litigating disability cases in federal courts across the country against every major disability insurance carrier.
