Prudentials overpayment paperwork makes no sense and they are trying to get my kids involved in my claim

I have been on ltd since 2012. I have faced the normal plight dealing with Prudential but still remain on their ltd. They didn’t have allsup file for ssdi for me. So, I proactively did myself, having no faith in prudential. I went through the whole process on my own, no lawyer. I was approved recently, having gone through all stages of the ssdi process. They have given me the back pay. So…..yesterday I receive a letter from prudential saying that they have overpaid me over twice the amount I was rewarded from ssdi. Their paperwork makes no sense. I am preparing to call them now to see if there is an error. I had figured that they could only collect 75% of the back pay. Also, my children have been on my wife’s ssi for six years. Seems like they are trying to figure my kids into it. Even then, that they may as well be asking for a trillion dollars, they are add likely to get that from as the number they are asking for.
