Prudential is the worst insurance company I've had to deal with

Prudential is the worse insurance company in my experience to deal with. I applied std but condition turned into ltd. I paid into both through my job every week. Their very nonchalant and unprofessional. They care nothing about the people who keep them in business. Everytime I called for rep claim manager or supervisor no response. They don’t keep you informed with correspondence regarding your claim via phone or via email. They keep giving me the runaround on my claim after denial and it coming up on 45th day. Their not helpful to their claimants financially or emotionally. These people has ruined my life caused me to lose everything n sent me to hospital for stress and feeling mentally sick
