Prudential has caused so much stress on me sometimes I just breakout crying.

I have until 12/10/2015 to file a grievance. In march of 2013 I called my private LTD company, Prudential. I needed in writing the end date of my LTD to be used as a legal document on how long I will receive those funds so myself and my soon to be ex-wife could come to a monthly payout to her that we both could agree on for me to pay her off for my son’s car. I was told over the phone and sent a letter describing that the last day of my LTD would end on 12/10/2016. On 06/11/2015 I get another letter from Prudential Ins. Co. stating that my LTD would end on 12/10/2015. I called Prudential and spoke to Sara who promised me a supervisor would call me. It has been 8 working days and still no call from a Prudential supervisor. You don’t know what a spin my financial plan for that money that was supposed to keep coming until 12/10/2016. This has caused so much stress on me sometimes I just breakout crying. I am a 64 year old permanently disabled man in need of legal help
