I hope I never have to deal with these people in life!!! They lie as easy as they breathe not to pay off claims.

I was denied on 2-22-16 and was told medical didn’t support disability. My dr disabled me 3/24/16. Submitted letter 3/29/16 to appeal and docs. Was told a decision will b made 5/12/16 it’s 45th day. I called today to check status n was told the supervisor would call back today. Haven’t heard anything all day from prudential or supervisor. It’s ashame hard working people pay them money for a service and can’t get help. I’ve been getting the runaround since February and had enough of the lies and runaround. They went from not having all paperwork to a clinician has to evaluate docs. The clinician doesn’t know the pain I’m feeling and I didn’t go thru this bs wen they took from my check. Why is ok for them to collect and not pay off? Why are they still in business after all the turmoil they cause taxed paying citizens? Is there any way I can complain to the bbb I want to express my dissatisfaction with this insurance company? I hope n pray to god I never have to deal with these people in life!!!
