Question

My mother paid many years for a long-term care policy. When she had to be put in an assisted care facility, Prudential won't pay. Do you accept cases like this?

Prudential long-term care insurance will not pay to re-imburse for the cost of an assisted living facility after her dementia forced us to have her moved to that facility. If you do not pursue these cases, can you recommend someone else? Thank you.
