How do I ensure Standard makes a timely decision with regard to my claim?

I would like to check on the status of my claim. I have been out of work for 3 weeks now. I have done everything asked of me in a timely fashion. This is a very tough time of year to go without being paid on top of bills and a mortgage. Thanks.

While the insurance company does have some time under the governing laws to review and assess your claim and the accompanying documentation, to ensure that a timely decision is made, please make sure to provide the insurance company with all the proof (medical documentation) of your claim ASAP.
