I got hurt in December, the start of my Christmas UPS seasonal job. The manager did not comply with safety hazards and I got hurt. The manager wrote the injury report with leaving a lot of how I got hurt. Not to mention retaliation. Broadspire Insurance Adjuster did not send me an email. Owner said to go to any clinic so I went in VA, gave me work restrictions 2 days later. Swelling and pain. Doctor gave me work restrictions. The Insurance Adjuster at Broadspire when I talked to her tried to get me to file the claim as just Reported Incident. The next week the owner of UPS called me into her office, had an email open with the adjusters email to get me to sign off and close my claim.

I said No, I'm not closing it and sent the email. The pain was really bad and I called 2 months later to try talk to the Insurance Adjuster and she was no longer working there. I was left with NO insurance adjuster assigned to me. Called them and Broadspire said my case was closed. I finally got the Supervisor phone # and left a message. She never answered me. I had a separate injury from this UPS store which was getting partial disability. I got a lawyer to reopen my first case, now the insurance Broadspire is using Delay Tactics for my injury. Waited 30 days for MRI they had me go, next day they called me to hurry up and go. I been waiting 30 days now for an Orthopedic which was filed by Lawyer Judges Compensation July 28th, today is August 25th. No appointment yet. I had at least 4 adjusters on this claim in 8 months, prolonged my treatment. And now fighting to get my Partial Temp disability Bad Faith Practices in my Employer and Broadspire Insurance.
