I need help with offsets.
My payment section says I can receive up to $1500 monthly. I can get 60% of that which is $900. I've been receiving ssdi for 28 yrs which is now $848. There was an offset of $300. I was informed last month that they overpaid the last 28 yrs at the tune of $66,000. They said they're going to forgive that amount but my offset would now be $500 a month. They're dropping my monthly payment from $1315 to $1116. Is this correct?
