Answer
In almost every short term or long term disability policy if you receive worker compensation payments, then the amount of the workers compensation payment for loss wages will be deducted from your short term disability benefit owed. For example if your short term disability amount is $2,000 a month and your workers compensation amount is $1,500 then you would only receive $500 of short term if your workers compensation payment is listed as an offset.
