What could we do to improve?
It would be an improvement if the process was started a little earlier. My doctors, though well-intending, were not able to get back to the lawyers directly fast enough, and I needed to set up “paperwork appointments” with the doctors in order to get them to complete the necessary paperwork.

Greg Dell and his assistant Anneli have been extremely responsive and helpful, not only our initial consultations, but in follow-ups 1 and 2 years later with the insurance company to ensure that they comply with their agreements (which they did), as well as a separate and only slightly-related inquiry about our health insurance. Rachel Alters and her paralegal, Sonia R. Nogueira, made dealing with the insurance companies almost like a walk in the park! They kept me informed whenever the insurance companies needed something and we worked out the most efficient means of getting it done. What made working with Ms. Alters and Sonia a dream was their ability to make me feel that I was a SPECIAL client of theirs – and I am well aware that I was not.
