Do you take Group Disability cases?
What I am owed provided I can’t get anything for the pain and stress of the 15 month battle with Prudential is minimal - around $ 17500. They are cutting me off in September 2023 because of my age.
I have applied for social security but have no decision yet, most of my work was in the uk and I am some quarters short. This is at present under consideration with SS. But I haven’t proceeded with surgery for the carpal tunnel because I want to do it under Medicare, which I won’t get unless I get Social Security.

Alex, we do handle Group Disability Insurance claims. However, I must point out that the ERISA laws that govern most group disability policies do not allow you to recover for the pain and stress caused by a battle with the insurance company. They are likely only on the hook for the monthly disability benefits that they should be paying you.
