Dell will be speaking at the 42nd Annual American Bar Association TIPS Midwinter Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits held on Friday, January 15th, 2016. The annual conference is designed to be a network for new ideas, where committed professionals will reach a new level of insight.
Mr. Dell will co-present a panel called “Individual Disability Insurance: Inside, Outside, Upside Down” with in-house insurance counsel and outside counsel perspective. Together, they will offer their viewpoint on the issues and strategies employed in prosecuting and defending individual disability insurance litigation matters such as: total vs. residual disability, concurrent causation issues and handling claims during litigation.
Mr. Dell is a co-chair on the American Bar Association Health and Disability Insurance Law Committee. The 2016 Symposium on Insurance and Employee Benefits will be the latest speaking engagement for Attorney Dell, who has shared his insurance law knowledge and experience with numerous audiences, including other law and insurance firms.
The conference will be held January 14 through January 16 at the Hyatt Regency Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa in Clearwater, Florida. Sponsored by the American Bar Association Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section, the three day event will feature more than 10 different presentations and workshops conducted by some of the insurance community’s most distinguished and engaged professionals. Mr. Dell’s session will be held on Friday, January 15th, 2016 from 1:00pm- 2:00pm.
