Unum approves opthamologist for long-term total disabilty benefits

Our client, a 58 year old ophthalmologist, was forced to stop working as a result of rheumatoid arthritis and cervical herniations in his neck. Our client’s disability benefits were paid timely upon completion of the policy’s elimination period.
