Bernard R., M.D.:

I am in the process of fighting with DMS (MONY) for their ceasing to pay my partial disability payments after 8 years of paying.

They are now wanting to (re) review my medical office work production of 8 years past. They reviewed them then found them acceptable and paid me monthly.

Do you have similar cases of DMS wrong doing ?

Attorney Jay Symonds:

Bernard, your situation is not uncommon. I suggest you contact our office and speak with one of the attorneys if you have a specific question regarding your claim situation.

Dena T.:

My lawyer was Betty Davis of Newport Arkansas and she was in control of my money. When I needed money I had to go through her. My case was January 2010 and I got my disability approved and I’m on Medicare insurance. The lady in cherrokee Arkansas Medicare agent told me id at least get 30.000 more thousand all I seen was 13.000 thousand.

Attorney Jay Symonds:

Dena, I’m not sure I understand what your question or whether this has to do with private disability insurance or social security disability. I suggest you contact our office and speak with one of the attorneys to address any questions you have regarding your specific situation.
