If my social security disability claim was denied will my disability insurance claim be denied?

Disability insurance attorney Gregory Dell discusses the differences between qualifying for a long term disability insurance policy and the criteria necessary to get approved for social security disability benefits. • Colt, Liberty would still have contractual rights to pursue the overpayment based on the policy language regardless of whether you signed the reimbursement agreement.

  • Hi
If I never signed anything, am I obligated to pay them back? They (Liberty) harassed me, hired investigators, etc… all to basically save $100/mo if I pay them back. What ammunition do I have on my side? I hate paying them all this money.
