Dell & Schaefer Managing Partner Gregory Dell has been appointed to the American Bar Association (ABA) Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section (TIPS) Plaintiffs Policy Task Force for the 2013-2014 fiscal year.
In a statement, the ABA said, “This appointment is recognition of your commitment to TIPS and your reputation among our 25,000 TIPS members.”
The goal of the Plaintiffs Involvement Task Force is to encourage the participation of plaintiff practitioners to assist the General Committees in recruiting plaintiff lawyers to serve and participate in Section CLE programs. This task force allows plaintiff’s lawyers to network and exchange information concerning the plaintiff’s practice. The task force engages in research and keeps up with changes in emerging issues, considers and debates national policy issues in order to influence ABA policy.
Dell is managing partner in the Disability Income Division of Dell & Schaefer and has successfully represented hundreds of disability insurance claimants around the country who have been denied their disability benefits by major insurance companies.
